KhelPick is a sports prediction app where users predict match outcomes, earn points, and move up or down leaderboards based on skill. KhelPick is not a betting or gambling app, does not offer odds, and does not provide cash wagering functionality.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information provided through Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
• Profile information you create in the app, such as your game name and other account details you choose to add or update.
• Gameplay and activity data, such as predictions submitted, leaderboard positions, contest participation, points earned, rankings, and in-app interactions.
• Device and technical data, such as app version, package name, operating system, device model, user agent, crash logs, and diagnostics.
• Notification-related data, such as push subscription identifiers used to deliver app notifications through OneSignal.
• Support communications, including information you share when contacting support by email, WhatsApp, or other available channels.

2. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you sign in with Google, edit your profile, choose a game name, make predictions, or contact support.
• Automatically through the app and connected services such as Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, PostHog, and OneSignal.
• From our backend systems when your account, leaderboard, contest, and prediction activity is processed.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Provide the core KhelPick experience, including predictions, rankings, leaderboards, contests, and profile features.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• Measure app performance, understand feature usage, and detect abuse or technical issues.
• Send service and engagement notifications.
• Contact prize winners or users involved in promotions or support matters.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Third-Party Services

KhelPick uses third-party service providers, including:

• Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication for login and identity verification.
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics.
• PostHog for product analytics, event tracking, and session-related analysis.
• OneSignal for push notifications.

These providers may process personal information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing their policies before using the app.

5. What We Do Not Collect

• KhelPick does not process real-money bets or betting odds inside the app.
• KhelPick does not require payment card information to use the core prediction features described in this app.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, and notifications.
• When needed to protect users, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce our terms, or comply with law.
• As part of a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information as part of the ordinary operation of KhelPick.

7. Leaderboards and Public Display

Your game name, rank, points, and related competition results may be visible to other users through leaderboards, contests, and similar app features. Choose your game name carefully and avoid using information you consider sensitive.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. If you request account deletion through the app, we aim to process deletion within 7 business days, subject to any legal or operational retention obligations.

9. Your Choices

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can update certain profile details inside the app.
• You can request account deletion using the in-app deletion feature.
• You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Google account.

11. Children and Age Restrictions

KhelPick is intended for users who are legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

12. International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including by our third-party service providers. By using KhelPick, you understand that your information may be transferred across borders, subject to applicable law.
